For the price, you get what you pay for. The building itself is old and the maintenance within the building/rooms was sloppy. The bed was firm but comfortable. There was people posted up in the parking lot rummaging through their car till 2am the place is located in a known high traffic area for drug users.

Breakfast is no longer offered during the winter and they still have signs posted on walls in the lobby displaying what time breakfast is available in the lobby. Asked for ice bucket after I checked into my room because there was no ice bucket .. it's been 4 nights now and I still don't have an ice bucket Extending my stay and was asked for a $200 deposit after I had already checked in and had already paid for the additional night. This room was paid with a credit card

Pretty run down place, unfinished drywall patches in rooms.. no elevator. Worn out mattress.. clean sheets less than 8 hrs. Friendly staff.. . in and out. Part of the hotel burnt.. not likely to return.

Needs Full Restoration and updating.
It is unfortunate that they had a fire last august. In any event, our unit in the undamaged wing had a stale odor, the kitchen area did not appear clean, there were greasy stains on the door to the fridge, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like it had no bearings. We only stayed one night, we would not have stayed on site if we had a multiple day reservation.

This place should not be open for guest. It was dirty, un finished construction, interior/exterior, and very dirty inside hallways, and rooms. I would highly recommend people to seek other lodging, it’s well worth the money.

The only good thing was the limo service from the airport to this facility. It looked like a war zone. The majority of the hotel building had burned down and was damelized. the rest of the hotel was old dirty and smelled. The owner was nasty ( the owner is also the 24 hour front desk person) and the room was filty and smelled very strange like a burned smell with a strange over spray. I will say the sheets did appear to be clean and so were the towels. Not a good experience, the living room furniture was filty with oily head stains on the furniture.

This place is a straight up joke. Do not stay here unless you enjoy overpaying for a room in which you constantly have various drug deals in plain sight throughout the parking lot, while also seeing drug users nodding in stair cases while clearly scoping out cars to breakinto out in the parking lot. and if that wasn't enough to get you to stay here you have the ugliest prostitutes I've ever seen roaming the halls and in my case even knock on my door asking if I wanted to make a donation for their services. Another great thing to note is that even though I got a room paid through my credit card, they charge a mandatory cash deposit of $200.00 that they will in turn end up keeping by purposely having a staff member claim bogus and false damages.

They had recently been a fire in the front part of the hotel so pulling up to it looks horrendous. The rooms are so outdated and I hope they really give themselves a makeover.

The biggest issue with this hotel was the noise. We stayed on the second floor, there was a room above us and we CONSTANTLY heard every movement from the guests in the upstairs room and they happened to be night owls because there was walking and moving all night long making it impossible to get a decent night of sleep (and I'm not a super light sleeper). The room was large and seemed fairly clean in terms of wide spaces but the detailed spaces that people don't usually look weren't as frequently cleaned. On the positive, they had actual hard-boiled eggs available for breakfast instead of eggs mix from cartons. Very easy access to the airport and Kincaid park. The noise really ruined things.

The airport pickup was super convenient. The staff was friendly. After so many months since booking, however, I would have thought they would have fixed some of the extensive fire damage by now. The room was very spacious, but shabby. They need new furniture. The updated floors are nice, as was the kitchen. There was a person who appeared to be on drugs who kept laughing in the lobby and made a rude remark to me and my friends. The breakfast was very tasty in my opinion and the muffins were perhaps the best part. I hope this hotel can be brought back to its former luster with time. Apparently the insurance failed to pay and they were still working towards a resolution.
