Brass Rail 209 is located in a Mediterranean style luxury condo community on the south end of Tybee Island in a gated community, just 30 yards to the main beach. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Tybee Pier and more! Community amenities include a private community pool, an outdoor hot tub that is heated year-round, and a community picnic area.

Brass Rail 209 offers guests a premium vacation experience offering bamboo floors, ceramic tile, granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances in the kitchen. In the living room, there is a 46-inch flat-screen TV with a wireless BluRay player which is NetFlix capable to enjoy streaming movies. Additionally, there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping arrangements. Located right off the living area is your nicely furnished pool view balcony; great for relaxation.

The spacious master suite has a King-sized bed with a 37-inch flat-screen TV, DVD player, balcony access, and an attached master bath with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. One guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen and a set of Twin Bunks. The second guest bedroom has a Queen; both bedrooms are furnished with flat-screen TVs. There is a full bath in the hall that the guest bedrooms share along with an additional half bath. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping. Guests enjoy added conveniences such as elevator, in-unit washer and dryer, security gate entry, and covered garage parking for 2 vehicles.

Stay was ok
The elevators were broken so we had to carry all of our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and my husband and I have bad backs. The entrance to the building was not clear and the gates to and from the pool and beach were not clear. The pool is small and does not have enough seating.

First time Tybee vacay
Overall this condo satisfied our needs for our first trip to Tybee island. Unfortunately we had a rough check in process due to the late cleaning of the condo. We arrived early with hopes that we may get in a few hours ahead of schedule but did not receive door codes until 20-30 minutes after check in time, and that may only be because I called when we hadn't received notification of access. There were some minor maintenance things that need addressed, such as loose door knobs, but nothing that compromised our stay. The whole place could benefit from a deep cleaning but this is likely because it's the end of the season, again it did not compromise our stay. The pans that are stocked are stainless steel and do not cook well. If you plan on cooking, I would recommend bringing a nonstick pan with you. Also, the only basics for cooking were salt and pepper, no other seasonings. There were next to no beach supplies left behind by prior families like I have encountered in the past with beach front condos, so we bought sand toys and beach chairs to leave at the condo. Lastly, it may be the time of the year but the walkway to and from the beach/pool is swarming with mosquitos! We each got bit multiple times each time we walked through there (which is anytime you want to go to the beach or pool). It is extremely close to downtown Tybee. Overall I would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

The location and property were excellent. It had everything we needed. We had to get used to so many security codes, but felt very safe. The pool and hot tub were only open from 10-9 which was disappointing. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Perfect Island Getaway
The building was well maintained and the property was a good size for 9 of us. The beach was a short walk and the pool is still being talked about by my 5 year old and 2 year old. Overall, we were very impressed with this property. I would highly recommend.

This trip was incredible, and the condo MAGNIFICENT!!
Our group had a wonderful time here. The condo was spacious, clean, calm and personable. We all have a great time top bind, relax and enjoy each others company. I love the serenity of the condo the blue walls are amazing (such an awesome ZEN feeling) WE WILL BE BACK SOON!!!

Excellent location on the beach
Our place was very clean and in an excellent location to the beach. We had a problem with the heater on the jacuzzi and they jumped on it immediately and had it fixed! Great service. Would definitely stay here again. The beds were very comfortable.
