Amazing property in the middle of the jungle , the style is different compared to the other properties , it has an eco lodge vibe . The garden is stunning and you can enjoy the quietness of nature without being too far from Ubud

Exotic location in a quiet area of Ubud. Gorgeous property and the staff excel above and beyond. The included breakfast was incredible. The spa was within walking distance and was true luxury. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The staff are very accommodating and attentive. The property is quite tranquil and is removed form the traffic and buzz of the main roads. The location was very convenient for us and we used the free shuttle service to get into town. Food was authentic and not one dish failed to hit the mark. We will definitely be back.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place... The place itself was a hidden little oasis and accommodation was beautiful. But it was the staff that truly made my visit there a stay to remember. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax and be totally spoilt! They were so special.

Misleading online listing

Information about this hotel listed online is inaccurate- 2 km from Monkey Forest, 3 km from Ubud Palace - in your dreams. The hotel is located VERY far from everything. Shuttle bus really does help, but note that you can’t get anywhere without transport. Yoga is listed online as free, but it is not and hotel charges staggering 250000 IDR per person and the quality is the lowest I’ve ever experienced. Breakfasts are poor - you can order only one dish so if you’d like more you’ll be rejected- my friend was pregnant and would leave it half hungry. There are basically only two good things about the place- nice rice fields surrounding it and great and super accommodating staff - they really bend over backwards to make your stay as pleasant as it may possibly be. Overall- will never recommend it to anybody.

Nice facility but nothing worked

We booked a bigger place to share with our friends but they gave us separate places. Our place had no hot water until we complained and they fixed it. The private pool did not work. The color of the pool was brown. They told us it would be fixed on the 2nd day and no one fixed it. When we ordered room service, no one came to collect the plates. There were ants everywhere so I had to return the plates myself. The food at the restaurant was overpriced. I would not stay here again as I did not have a good experience overall.

Amazing stay away from ubud centre!!

Loved this villa! It was so quiet and intimate and the staff were phenomenal!! It just reaLly felt like an oasis away from the busyness of ubud centre!

Positives; Extremely pleasant staff and away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud town. Negatives; Wifi was very poor throughout the duration of our stay. Free shuttle service only operates twice a day.
