Book a hotel near Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, Petermann

"It is a nice hotel with a swimming pool. This is a great option when you have some spare time and nothing to do. The room was clean and big enough. I did not like it that there were no windows in the room or the bathroom, so it was a bit humid. There is no restaurant for it is near two cafeterias in the center of the villa. Very good hotel. I would go back."

"Not many choices right near Uluru, and it all felt SHOCKINGLY expensive for what it was ($50ish for a bus ride drop off/pick up?), but Uluru is a sight to see, and this hotel was fine. When we were gawking at the prices of everything, I just kept reminding myself that it must be very expensive to get things out to the middle of the outback. No regrets. "

"We loved our 6 day stay at Sails in the desert. Staff were excellent and the resort was very clean and friendly. Loved the Segway Uluru evening experience and the Field of lights. We also did the morning sunrise tour to Kata Tjuta. We enjoyed an evening at the restaurant at the Desert Sands resort. Tha pool at Sails was beautiful and clean. Room facilities were very good, comfortable King bed, average shower and good air-conditioning. Would definately recommend to tick of on bucket list. 👍😎"
