Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
This property doesn’t deserve to be on expedia. False description of rooms. All Rooms are smoking only, yet you would think that you selected a non-smoking room. They didn’t provide basic amenities such as drinking water or towels in the washroom. Expedia listened to my concerns and provided some compensation. But if you are looking at this property as an option because prices are competitive, please choose the other option, you’ll thank me later.
