We stay regularly at this property but this time we arrive energy was not on when I jokingly told receptionist that we can get some type of discount she said no we can cancel your reservation and you can find another hotel I thought that’s is no way to treat a guest we waited for 3 hours for energy

I was unsure of where I was going, but I went to the office within the airport in terminal two and they had a driver come and pick me up and bring me right to the hotel in the morning. I will take the shuttle back to the terminal, the hotel is beautiful, and this has been a very pleasant experience.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! The toilet was dirty with a stain on the seat that could have been easily wiped off. There was also stuff in the toilet itself. Grossed me out immediately. The restaurant is convenient but the food and service were below expectations. The elevator went out of service when I was about to leave in the morning. Overall this hotel is not worth the price or the Marriott brand :(

Very nice and safe facility. Only wished that it was walkable and connected to Terminal 2. But the shuttle service is personable and outstanding! Would definitely stay here again for overnight stay and connecting flights.

Instalaciones muy limpias, nuestra habitación era amplia. Fueron por nosotros al aeropuerto (terminal 2) y a la mañana siguiente nos llevaron a la misma terminal; personal muy profesional y amable. Property was clean, our room was spacious. They picked us up from the airport ( terminal 2) and the next morning they took us back, very friendly and professional staff.

El servicio de transporte de y hacia la Terminal 2 es excelente, los choferes y la señorita en el oficina de la terminal super amables. El personal de recepción muy atentos y serviciales. Las instalaciones muy limpias y se nota que se les da el mantenimiento adexuado. 10 de 10. Es mi hotel favorito para quedarme cuango hago transbordos de una noche. Super recomendable.
