Hotel system was down and I was charged for a room that was already prepaid. As of 6-23-24, I am still waiting for a refund that I calle the property about multiple times about. I was told on the last call that an email would be sent out to me about my refund status and I have yet to receive that email. Also, WiFi was not working due to their system being down. This was a bad stay compared to the numerous other times that I stayed at this hotel. Usually, everything is excellent.

Extremely convenient walking over the little sky bridge from the airport. Restaurant service and food was okay, would have been better off walking back into the sky bridge and getting something more authentic from one of those food stands. Room was good, clean. Just be warned reception is open 24/7 so there were people that arrived in the room next to us around 2am and you can hear everything.
