Overall staff is unfriendly, on arrival the front desk was quite rude, we understand that check in was at 3 and we arrived 2:30 so I think it was fair to get our room at that time. We left our luggage in custody but no one was there to help us with the luggage nor was dropped to our room. The hotel has no pool which was sad

Condiciones del hotel regular. Areas comunes deterioradas. Habitacion en mal estado de mantenimiento, señal de television intermitente, baja calidad y condicion de blancos y almohadas. The staff and breakfast were great! The hotel room had the door locked broken, no shower cap, all was kind of old and not well maintained. I felt unsafe and would not stay there again.
