We had a great stay at Hotel Mayfair! I had previously requested we had balloons in the room on arrival, when we got there there was balloons, a card and some Prosecco, made our trip so special. The hotel is within walking distance to Tivoli and the train station and Metro into town but it’s also not a far walk from town if you choose to do that instead. Staff were all super friendly and our room was spotless. Really nice decor, we chose to stay in the Deluxe King room and it was just as pictured!

Good and comfortable
Pretty central and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. No kettle or iron in the room. Maybe needs some updating but lovely welcoming staff and very accommodating.

The property is clean and well located, it’s just on the edge of all nearby attractions, and everything is reachable via walking or bicycle. The room didn’t have a safe or kettle for making a coffee or tea in the room, usually expected in a 4 star hotel. However, this isn’t a problem as you can get hot beverages at the reception or if you pay for a breakfast option. The room was spacious with high ceilings and nicely furnished, although the bedding has two single duvet covers instead of a standard double/king cover, so two people may find this uncomfortable.

I had one of the best experiences staying at hotel Mayfair, the service staff are highly attentive, kind and very professional. Without any mention from myself, my birthday was noted by simple look over my passport upon checkin and got a lovely birthday treat at reception. Only a 1 night and it’s enough to say I’ll be staying there every visit I am Copenhagen!

Comfortable hotel near the train station
Had a lovely 2 night stay. Really close to the main train station making it really convenient . Check in was fast and efficient. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice of continental and cooked breakfast. Coffee machines where available with take away cups if required. Layout was really ‘quirky’ Lots of little rooms and places to sit on the ground floor. Hopefully will return very soon.

Check in was speedy and staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was located at the back which was close to the breakfast restaurant. The room was nice and clean although the mattress could be a little bit firmer. There was some noice from the street from people shouting and cars reving but it was only occasional. The hotel was just a few minutes walk to the central station and Metro was very accessible.

Hotel is very convenient to walk to most attractions. Great location and safe to walk even at night. The hotel itself has nice small rooms in the checkin area to wind down at end of day. We were a group of 8 and spend late nights in one of them to talk and laugh. Breakfast options are awesome. I would definitely recommend the property

The Mayfair was a nice hotel, their staff was always happy to help. Their buffet was very good although we understand the prices all over Denmark are very high. The outside is a little noise cause the other hotels around.
