Brilliant Stay!
The hotel and staff were first class. Excellent value for money, friendly and perfect location. We will recommend and would stay again in future visits. The food at the adjoining testaurant was outstanding.

So centrally located! And the hotel restaurant was amazing! A shout out to Sunshine! She greets you every morning with the biggest smile and such efficiency. Rage remember how you like your coffee and it’s at your table before you know it!

While the hotel is located right in a heart of everything, it feels very private and quiet. I was travelling by myself and chose the smallest room. But it was big enough and very comfortable with everything that I needed. My stay included breakfast which was excellent! Huge variety and delicious. The staff was beyound friendly. They even packed me a breakfast "to go" on a day of departure since I was leaving very early. If I travel to Vienna again, this will be my stay again.

This hotel is centrally located near most of the sites. Central Vienna is very walkable and safe. Lots of shopping and restaurants to enjoy. Most of the staff were helpful with a few exceptions but we learned not all Viennese are personable sometimes when asking for directions or questions we felt as if we were bothering them. But one would think in the hospitality business they would try to step it up. But it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

Wonderful
Wonderful place. Located near the Stephansplatz with easy access to Viennas amazing subway system. Quiet at night so sleep is possible. Friendliest staff with the best breakfast buffet I’ve had (and I always look for hotels with an included breakfast). Great restaurant at night also. Hotel definitely improved my stay
