Overall excellent service. Air conditioning was a little weak, so rooms did not get very cool at night. Air freshener used in elevator and hallways was a little too strong, but staff was very friendly and helpful and overall the experience was very pleseant

The property is very near Vienna Central Train Station. It is very convenient as your base in Vienna. Walk through the door at the ground level food stalls @ train station and you can reach the hotel in less than 10min. The breakfast buffet spread are amazing and there are daily order-to-cook options. We love the orange juice! This is a beautiful and trendy hotel and thumbs up to the team at Breakfast.

Great Stay
Great location and facility. Everything was great about the stay except for the quality of pillows. I wish the staffs could be more attentive to a line of guests waiting for check-in rather than chatting with guests.

It is an apartment, so no housekeeping every day. However, you can bring your dirty towels to front desk and they will give your new ones. Also, there is a disposal area for garbage at the basement. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly snd helpful. Five- minute walk to the Central station, and you can find a lot of food stalls in the station, too.

I booked a Family Room that stated it slept 4. When I arrived at the property I was told I had to pay an additional €100 if I wanted to use a sofa bed as the room only slept 2 even though I could show on my booking the room slept 4. Both Expedia and Adina website state kids stay free however this isn’t true if you want to use the sofa bed. The probably is really close to the central station and a short walk to Belvedere. There is a laundry room that uses an app, it’s €4.50 per wash. There are no pots or pans in the room which is really odd for an apartment.

Great front desk staff. Very friendly. Very clean and up to date. However, we had an unstable shower head which we reported but couldn't get service until after noon the next day. Also, we had loss of wifi the second day of a 2 day stay, so that was not pleasant. There are not that many amenities onsite, e.g. to buy drinks etc. We had to go to a second sister property a couple of minutes away to get some bottled water, soda, and wine. I hope these little concerns are addressed because they add value to a great place such as this.
