Thanks to Thor night desk staffer. Had an issue with five guest rooms keeping their doors open and having a party. He immediately took care of the situation and we got a quiet nights sleep.

Great hotel! The staff was so accommodating, they let us check in a little early and notified us when the Northern Lights were out! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

The hotel is Ok. It was the most expensive of the hotels we stayed in Iceland and had the least amenities in the room. There was no conditioner or body lotion. We asked for shaving cream at the front desk and they didn’t have it. The view of our room was towards a concrete compound. The staff at the hotel wasn’t very warm or welcoming except for 1 person. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room looked recently renovated. Staff very friendly. Called our room to inform us that the northern lights were visible. One oddity: the hotel does not have wash cloths. Breakfast was included. Large assortment of breakfast options.

The staff were amazing at this hotel. The wifi wasn’t working near our room and they worked hard until it was fixed. By the time we were back from dinner the wifi was working.

Nice hotel in Vik with cozy lounge and fireplace. One minor flaw is there is not much space in the room to hang jackets or clothing.
