"Very nice and convinient stay, convenient store, restaurant and atm machines are just with in the building of the hotel, a big plus for any traveller and tourist like us. We reserved the 2 bedroom executive, big bed rooms, big sala, 2 toilet and bath. Kitchen also has complete utencils and kitchen equipments, you can easily cook your own food. Also provided water dispencer with 5 gallons of water, more than enough for our 3 days stays. Washing machine is also available, so there's no worry it you have limited clothes during your stay. These will be on my top list, of accomodation, if ever we will be back to Hanoi."

Breakfast buffet also has everything you want for a healthy start up. Above all are the attentive staff that are always ready to extend a hand before you ask for it special mention of the following: Tan, Rose and Key also Le Anh Dzung who assisted us to our rented limousine going to Sapa, he even offered us to give him a call whenever we need a service again from Sapa to Hanoi. Movenpick living west is recommendable, if given the chance to be back in hanoi, this will always be my place to go."
