Great location! Parking was limited and difficult to get from the garage into the lobby - there wasn’t an elevator so you had to drag luggage up and down about 10 stairs. I would stay here again, great air conditioning!

Was disappointed when we had reserved a king bed and they only had queen and they said it was an upgrade to a suite with a queen. Would rather have had a king bed, but they did not have any, even though that was available when reserving. We made due. The sinks in the bathrooms are terrible. Too little. Couldn’t place anything on counter because there was none and water got everywhere when you used the faucet.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom. The shower was sooo small. No room in the bathroom to get dressed. Everything else was great.

Be aware that the pictures of the rooms that you see on the Expedia booking page are not what you actually get. I booked a standard queen room with a balcony and couch. They ended up putting me in a small room the size of a closet. I’m not even kidding! It was essentially a small bedroom inside someone else’s unit! They then proceeded to tell me it would be $40 extra per night to upgrade to the original room that I already paid for through Expedia. Just terrible. I decided to pay it because staying in a closet size room was not an option. They didn’t seem to care and then put me in another room which was the original room I actually booked. That room had water leaking from the air conditioner and soaked all of my clothes. Additionally, the representative in the lobby who is there too help you book activities on the island has tripled the price. Make sure you buy it through Groupon or online because the price he is offering is absurd. Overall I will not be staying here again.

This property has been recently renovated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and they don’t charge extra for daily maid service. The location is a short walk to shops and restaurants in Waikiki.

It was nice to stay in the hotel. Good location, close to public transport & beach. Staff were nice, housekeeping is good, the only, in several instances we were provided fresh towels with stains, but after complaint we were provided with abandons of clean towels. Overall we liked staying in the hotel.

Excellent location if you have a car as it off of Kuhio Av hard working maids clean your room and complete renovation means updated rooms and lobby and amenities for a reasonable price. Location is next to great shopping centers within close walking distance and a ABC store across the street would absolutely stay there again

Excellent for a short stay
Stayed here for one night in September with my wife and we enjoyed our stay. The only inconvenience we really had was the construction, so it was a little difficult to navigate the property, but other than that, we had a great stay! We'll definitely consider staying here again once the construction is complete. Great area, close to the beach, affordable price too.
