Plus-Convenient to Kalakaua Ave Minus: 1. Assigned room was too noisy from street noise and parking lot chatting noise. Requested room change but not done. 2.shower water control difficult to operate. 3. Power outlet at left night table not working. 4.Room has no wifi, hotel had to offer a temporary hotspot.

Staff were very nice and place was clean. However, the new building's elevators often had several out of order, thus wait times could be as long as 10mins. And I got a "free upgrade" to a room right above the generator. I couldn't even open the door due to constant loud humming.

Everything abkut tgis hotel was very good, except for the wlevators for the tower. Only 3 out if 4 were functioning during uogrades and even those 3 came infrequently or would sometimes skip rhe floor you were waiting on. Other than that, the hitel location was so convenient and the staff was excellent.

Location was ideal, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The property is still under renovation which caused significant problems with the elevators. There were only two in operation which meant long wait times. The service elevators were available but staff neglected to inform customers or set up clear signs to use them. We had a renovated room which overall was nicely done but some areas were cheaply done, such as slapping a coat of paint over a door and hinges without either replacing the door or removing and sanding it. The hotel went real cheap on some of the renovation details.

I like easy to check in and check out, near to tour bus pick up, breakfast choices, service in hotel was excellent when I needed some help, a clinic is just nearby and very helpful. I’m really glad to stay in this hotel with my family.

The Staff was amazing everyone was really nice and helpful. Location is great walk to beach, shopping, and food. Little loud in our room street traffic and music. I would 100 percent stay again.

Great place to stay, highly recommended. Stayed here 3 times already. Only thing I’d suggest is a fan in the bathrooms and a light on the balcony, other than that Sheraton Princess Kaiulani is a fabulous hotel.
