The hotel was no where of a 4 star service and condition, except for the convenient location to Waikiki beach. We were very disappointed to pay for the expensive valet of $45/night, jacking up the prices much more. Hotel recep call couldn't be dialed, and daily amenities fees at $30/night without any refill of water or snacks or toiletries

We stayed during a night when there was lots of noise in the room across from us. We kindly asked them to quiet down and they said they would but did not! We called the front desk many times from the room and got a busy signal every time. When I called the front desk on my cell phone someone answered and said they would report it. But nothing happed. It was after midnight when the loud talking right outside the room and music stopped. The next day we were told it was the FBI making all the noise?? Sounds fishy but the resort fee was removed. $30 off. It was just hard cuz we were taking a break in Waikiki from babysitting the grandkids for a few weeks. So of course we were exhausted. Otherwise staff was nice but just a little bit too unresponsive.

Staff are amazing. Pool under renovations in the middle of summer which we were unaware of at time of booking but still paid resort fees. Bed was more a double bed than a queen. Pillows and mattress terrible. View from balcony derelict buildings.

Our only real problem was the noise level at night outside of our window. Turning the air conditioner on helped, but then it got too cold in the room for us and we couldn't adjust it to a comfortable level.

실버(골드) 회원인데 생각해보니 명시된 와인이나 업그레이드 여부 안내를 못받고 실제도 못받았어요. 그럼에도 불구하고 위치등은 아주 좋습니다, 비치도 걸어갈 만하고 맛집도 가기좋고요. 침대도 편하고 청소상태도 좋구요. 매일아침 커피는 로비에서 제공이 됩니다. 하지만 외부 방음에 좀 취약합니다. 또 주차는 하루 45불이라 주위 사설 주차장을 찾아보다가 여의치 않아 2박에 90불로 사용을 했습니다.

I know the price was good so I should not complain… but… up on checking in, the computer screens were blocking hotel lobby staffs, so it was hard to see and hear what they were saying. Didn’t explained to me the amenities of property ( it was just inside the room info). The view was one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed ( the view of vacant old building) with pigeons. It didn’t look that busy but I’ve put on one of the lowest floor so maybe that’s why it was bad. When checking out, I didn’t get any email or receipt of checking out. I wish I got something in writing since there were $100 in deposit. Overall I think the staffs could communicate better with the customers especially there were no line. I do have to mention, I was pleased to have fresh water and ice 24/7 and coffee in the morning. The room was stocked with local snacks and drinks which was unbelievably nice. Walking distance to everything.

Checked in on Wednesday. This hotel claims to be a 4 start hotel, but I’d say it’s more like 2.5-3. We arrived early due to our flight landing early. No rooms available yet for early check in. I asked the girl in the front who worked this Wednesday around noon to give me a call when the room is ready and she’s like okay we will. I called 40 minutes later and a man answered and stated for us to come back. Where is the girl that’s suppose to give me a call when our room is ready? I don’t want to have to do her job for her. If I didn’t give a call, we wouldn’t have been in our room earlier! Mind you, a lot of us tourist coming are tired and want to settle in as soon as we can When we arrived, the roof top pool was closed. We still got charged the full resort fees, and I felt like they shouldn’t have charged us the full resort fees. We wanted to use the pool and check out the roof top. Money hungry businesses. At least compensate us for something for this like one night free parking or partial resort fee charge. They gave us 3 $5 vouchers for the restaurant next door, and the girl who gave it to us stated we could use it on ANY drinks and food. Went there to get some alcohol, and stated they don’t accept it for alcohol The carpet in the hall and in our bedroom was filthy. Needed vacuuming and deep shampooing. We ended up using slippers cause we felt gross being barefoot in our room. Oh, and if your room is next to the elevator, make sure you request a different spot. That da

I was extremely unsatisfied with this hotel pictures are very, very deceiving. We had an early check in which was never confirmed. I called the hotel. The lady told us to come anytime after 10 we checked in. She said the only room they had available was room 222 so we took it. I told them it smelled like cat piss and food. They did nothing for me went to the bathroom at midnight. There were roaches baby roaches coming out of the vent, I expressed my concerns the front desk morning. They did nothing about it. They told me anything in the room is complementary and free. I said so whatever’s in there we can eat and won’t be charged. The lady told me yes we did not drink. we had two candies I was charged a $30 amenity fee , I would like a full refund due to the fact that we would not stay in our room because it there were cockroaches and I have pictures of it. I even showed the front desk the pictures they didn’t seem to care.

I have stayed at Shoreline several times now and it is perfect for adults looking for a quiet laidback break. The only downside I experience is navigating the front steps with baggage if something could be done about that it would be perfect
