This is such a cute little home ready for you to come relax lakeside. It is in a small community of lake homes with a small spring fed lake. Water tested yearly and crystal clean to swim in and fish. No wake zone. A great family getaway with amazing hikes near by. 1hr to the White mountains. Easy access to I-89. We are dog friendly with an additional fee. Twin Bunk beds, Queen bed. 4-5 guests for a comfortable stay.

NH Central Location Stay
The location was great just off highway with town down the road for food gas etc. Owner provided everything possible for stay. Stayed in touch throughout to check on any needs. The road to the cabin was dirt and had some serious ruts but that wasn’t her responsibility. Entry would be iffy for mobility impaired. Tub could use a grab bar. Otherwise a great stay.

Quiet Retreat
We spent a very nice week at this cabin on a quiet pond at the end of a gravel road. Communication with the hostess, Julie was great and the cabin is stocked with everything you could want. Including kayaks, paddleboards and all the equipment. Nice hiking trails nearby and Sunapee is only 1/2 hour away. Great place to unwind.

Perfect getaway!
Our stay at The Foxden was perfect. Our family was able to relax and rejuvenate, it was incredibly peaceful. Everything you may need to stay comfortably was there and more and exactly as described. The thoughtful touches for us and our fur babies (flowers, snacks, dog treats and a bottle of wine) were unexpected and delightful. Our hosts were very attentive, happy to answer any questions and offered lots of suggestions for places to visit. Our 13 year old and dogs enjoyed the paddle board provided by the owners as well as swimming in the beautiful water. We were able to catch several fish from the shore. Overall a wonderful stay on a beautiful body of water close to everything you may need. Hope to stay again next year!

Tranquility/Paradise/FUN!!
This rental has EVERYTHING you could ever want or need to enjoy your vacation. It has water sport equipment along with life jackets, fishing rods and tackle to catch ample bass and trout daily, a beautiful fire pit and a cornhole game. The property is immaculate and homey. We will definitely be returning!!

Relaxing pond house
We had a great stay at the Fox Den. My wife and I stayed with our 9 year old son and our mid-size dog and the accomodations were great for everyone. Very kid and dog friendly. We spent most of our time on 1 of the various watercraft, swimming, fishing or hanging out on the dock. The pond is beautiful, great for swimming and holds plenty of fish. We will definitely be back!

We will be back …
We stayed at this property for 1 week - only left once for 3 hours to attend a local state fair 7 min away - we absolutely loved this home that is only feet away from beautiful lake - we enjoyed our daily kayak run around the pond - so many fish and turtles. We tried paddle boarding for first time. Home is very cozy - has everything you need. Our 3 yr old fur baby enjoyed also. Fire pit at night - hammock during day. Could not of been a better week. This was our second year staying. It is such a great relaxing time. The area is quiet and peaceful and the people are very friendly. The house is very clean and bright. The scenery is beautiful to wake up to. The host Julie is always available and very accommodating. I would definitely recommended.

Very Quiet and Relaxing
My wife and I and our two dogs stayed there for a week with my daughter and son-in law along with my grandson and his girlfriend visiting for a couple of days. All of the reviews we read were accurate the house was very clean and supplied with everything that you could possibly need. We over packed just all of the reviews stated. We used the paddle boat, kayaks and paddle boards that were supplied with the house. It was very quiet and peaceful and turned out to be a very relaxing vacation. My daughter and son-in law liked it so much that they want to rent this house next year and so do we.

Great place and great accommodations
The hostess is very thoughtful. There is plenty to do at the camp. Plenty of water activities we were able to use. Very clean house! There were even accommodations for our dogs! Nearby, we went on a couple easy hikes. Beautiful scenery! It was lovely!

Very Relaxing
The property is as advertised. It has everything that you need and more. Julie and her husband were great hosts - very attentive to our needs. I am a fisherman and Tom's Pond is perfect for that. A large supermarket and a Dunkin's are both only 5 minutes away.

Hidden Hide Away Gem
The pictures just don't do it justice!! We were pleasantly surprised at all the room when we entered. Julie is clearly the hostess that thinks of all of your needs, even those you may not think you need. Every detail was taken to make sure all you had to do was open the door , take off your shoes and relax. The kitchen had everything you will need , even a French press for my coffee, and yes plenty of coffee was there. We were greeted with a welcome basket and a bottle of Proseco for our anniversary...treats ...cheese and crackers...which were a huge welcome since we got in late and we were tired. There's towels and all your necessities in the bathroom...plus towels I must add! Both bedrooms were welcoming and the master bedroom bed was so comfy that I didn't want to leave without it!! :) There's books (lots) to curl up to by the firepit or in the hammock to enjoy...plenty of fun things for the kiddos!! Fishing poles, kayaks, etc etc...exactly like it said to complete your stay. After staying here, I came to realize that I clearly over packed...next time...I'm just grabbing a bag of clothes and hitting the road. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning a couple times next year!!! Thank you Julie!!

A wonderful cottage, cozy and clean!
Our stay was wonderful! Julie is a fantastic host, and her property is amazing. The cottage is clean and well stocked, we literally had everything for our family weekend getaway! The lake is clean, the water inviting and we enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and paddle boat. Julie’s special touches made us feel very welcomed. I would highly recommend this adorable home and hope to return!

Perfect getaway for family and furbabies
Julie was amazing right from booking. Everything went super smooth and she was in touch the whole way through. The cabin is super clean and stocked with everything you could need and more and Julie was only a phone call away if needed. We were welcomed with the most perfect gift baskets for not only the family but the pups too! We enjoyed using the water activities and relaxing outside. We had rain our first day but that didn't stop a cozy afternoon of family time, good food and games, with a well stocked game cabinet. If you travel with your pups this is the perfect place to go. I highly recommend The Fox Den ☺️🦊

Exceeded expectations!
Everything you need to have the perfect quintessential lake vacation. Well outfitted with kayaks/paddle boards, a fire pit, grill, and swimming platform. The water is shallow and clear as you enter so it worked well for my young kids to wade in. The host had yummy treats waiting for us upon arrival and was responsive to texts. We would love to come back!

Peace and quiet
My husband and I enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks in August with our dogs. I stayed on Toms Pond when I was young and it’s as peaceful and beautiful today as it was 40 years ago. The cottage was charming and worked well for my husband and I. He was able to work from there with great wi-fi. The weather was beautiful and sunny, and the AC unit kept up with the heat. We all enjoyed the shallow sandy waterfront, dock and bonfires everyday. We enjoyed paddle boarding with the dogs and my husband enjoyed a day trip to mountain bike at nearby Sunapee Mountain. The owners were very nice and very dog friendly and supplied special items for their stay too!

Tom's Pond Cottage
