Horrible, disgusting, small very bad, all the rooms are non-smoking and smells like ten people are smoking at the same time, k paid for tow night and when I go up and see my room very ugly, smelly and the bathroom horrible I tell the front desk that I want to cancel my check in and he decided to change the room but it was worse and at the end i have to stay one night because they don’t want to cancel but first one of them kick me out of the room because I told them that I want to cancel and I wan out calling Expedia and they didn’t want to refund the money for me leave the hotel because they say I was there one hour already, that’s and everything was very bad and unconscionable and dirty and scary, that’s why I wanted, I don’t want to go because i didn’t have another hotel, and I drove 6 hours that day to go there, I don’t really want to give bad reviews but I don’t want other people going through that kind experience like I did

The internet was down during my whole one-night stay which I know was out of their control, but I was surprised it took so long to be resolved. I'm not sure if it was related, but my TV also didn't work. The room could have been cleaner - there was a handprint on the headboard and lots of hair on the floor and sink in the bathroom.

Fine, depending on your room
It was the most affordable place on the metro red line. It’s a non-smoking hotel but when I first checked in, the room stunk of cigarette smoke and the hallways were old and unappealing. I told the front desk that the room smelled of cigarettes and I didn’t want to be charged for that. The reception clerk immediately moved me to a different room on a different. It was much better: no-smoke smell, clean, and better hallways. Given the move in rooms, it was all fine.

The property is in need of some repairs. Didn't have a positive atmosphere. The staff was nice enough, but the property conditions left a lot to be desired. Garbage can be found in the lobby and hallways (including a chicken bone on the hallway window sill and patches of plaster and drywall damage throughout. Just all around bad property maintenance.

Don’t stay here!!
This hotel needs more courteous staff, it was dirty. Hallway carpet smelled and was dirty. They need to get rid of the non guests just hanging in the lobby, they need cheaper parking for that small so-called parking lot in the back. $25 is a lot for no security in the lot. I pay $25 a night at a hotel in downtown Chicago. That lot isn’t worth $25 per night. Cleaner bathrooms are needed. Sink faucet is too close to the back of the sink so your toothbrush almost touches the sink when putting it under water. The shower curtains don’t stay closed around the bent curtain rod. The AC didn’t have a front cover so the air couldn’t be directed it just came out and blew down towards the floor. Room wasn’t vacuumed because I seen a toenail on the floor. No room service and we were there three nights. The hotels site also said there was a restaurant with a bar. THAT IS NOT TRUE THERE IS NOT A RESTAURANT WITH A BAR.

Not a great stay
The bed was so uncomfortable and neither of us slept well. It was definitely run down. The AC was cracked and missing the top piece. I feel like it wasn’t worth the money and parking paid.
AC. Piece missing so when you turned it up it made the bed damp.
