Needs to be refurbished ASAP
The signage to find the place was none existent. My Uber drivers had a horrible time trying to find this hotel. There was no big sign that showed the name of the hotel. The hall way had cracked paint. Looks like somebody stated painting but didn't finish it. Bathroom floor grimy in the corners.

Days Inn was never going to blow anybody away, but it’s a decent place. The property overall was a little rundown but our room was comfortable and had all the amenities I’d expect. The staff was friendly generally. I wish the price had been lower but all prices around DC seemed to be high this particular weekend…

It looks like the hotel was being renovated, but told no one. There was no water for a significant amount of time and there was no compensation ... horrible. Never again.

Only one working, small, elevator for guests and staff. No ice machines were working. The hallway was freshly painted and the smell was overwhelming. Overall a sad hotel stay/

Building was in repair painting walls in the hallways smell of paint every where carpets were very dirty and in need of replacement. Not in convenient location if you are wanting to visit the museums. On the positive side rooms were clean but furnishings were out dated. Bed was clean and comfortable. Employees were welcoming and friendly.
