Very nice boutique hotel, small rooms but beautiful finishing and interior. Went on a weeknight so it was VERY quiet which was nice - downstairs bar area is especially pretty. Valet parking is expensive and doesn’t permit coming and going throughout the day, but many local garages provide a more cost effective option. Was able to get a flexible come&go spot closer to Cap One Arena for ~$15 a day.

Place was great. Room was awesome. Went for supper in the restaurant and I felt like an inconvenience. I was the only one there, but the waiter was less than happy. He was short with me, smelled of cigarette smoke and when I asked about dessert he was even less enthusiastic about that. “Yeah chocolate mousse and cheesecake “…what kind? “Cheesecake “. Left a tip but he didn’t deserve it! Also didn’t like that I couldn’t prepare my own tea in the room.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff takes beautiful care of their guests. The complementary coffee that they offer in the morning is very good, which we appreciated. You can easily walk to the mall, the Smithsonian museums, lovely neighborhoods, and good food. The junior suite is lovely. There is room to stretch out. The bed was quite comfortable.

A few minor things

The stay was great except for a couple of things. One of our bed sheets were stained however the hotel staff remedied that very quickly. The other was the amount of noise. Early in the morning there were many door knocks so my wife did not get much sleep. Can't say this is the hotels fault but just sharing our honest experience.
