"Very happy with our house choice. Juan was very responsive. Home was as advertised. Pool was warm and ready to use. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Great for walking. Would vacation at again. Loved the billiard table"

"Check In at the gate took a little time to get a verification for access. We had a parking issue which was resolved right away by customer service. Property was fine and was as advertised. "

"We booked this villa at the last minute as we had problems with the hotel we were staying at. We have stayed in a few different villas at Watersong and again this was a great villa; large, nice pool and hot tub, has everything you would need."

"We loved the large patio, it was very peaceful place to read, play games, hang out. House was large and plenty of room for us. There is a playground by the clubhouse that we used as well Host was very nice and communicated well."

"We stayed here with our teenage children and a couple of friends over Christmas and New Year’s to escape cold New York. This house was perfect for our group with plenty of space. It was spotlessly clean and was even decorated for Christmas. When not out sightseeing, we loved using the game tables in the garage. I did text the house managers to let them know of a small issue with the vertical blinds, but never got a response. Also, I did feel that this housing community was a little more remote than other places we’ve stayed in Florida, but we do expect to have to drive to get where we want to go so it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely choose this wonderful house again! "

"Check in was easy,home was clean and contact with host was easy and he responded quickly. My only suggestion would be to offer cleaning products so we can clean up a bit after ourselves. Also there was no cooking pans for in oven. We had to go out and find baking sheets for oven. Overall we had an amazing big vacation and would definitely return here. "
