Very beautiful! However, I did not realize that this was a time share resort. I did not realize that I booked a stay over Spring break. Lots of people here. Although the room was nice and clean, there was no view from our room of anything, kind of a basement room. Nice place for our first time to Sedona, but next time will stay at a less crowded, more scenic and secluded place.

We enjoyed our stay. So convenient to many resturants and to outdoor recreation. Megan was very helpful with the activities and tell me more about the area. Made our vacation.

Good for the price with some issues

The good - Room was very clean and had most of everything we needed. We did have to ask for coffee filters because we brought out own coffee but someone delivered them right to our door right away. Hot tub near our building was quite and very clean. Check in and out was very easy even coming in at 3am. For the price including a kitchen I would stay here again. The bad - Building #16 had no view at all. Outside the balcony was the highway. The screen door on the balcony was broken and off its track. The main entry door was loose and drafty though it did lock. The bed was very uncomfortable but I'm pretty sure it was damaged as you just sank into the one side like onto wood. So maybe if you get a good one it would be fine.

If you are looking for a larger "apartment-like" place to stay with a kitchen then you may find this hotel useful if there is no where else to stay. When we arrived we found a bag of trash outside of the unit and some dirty dishes inside which the cleaning staff forgot. We called the front desk and they sent someone immediately to pick the items up. The next day the toilet chain broke (it was rusted) and a plumber was sent right away to fix it. The unit we had overlooked the freeway so we were awakened early in the morning by the traffic. At first appearance the unit was clean, but upon further inspection we discovered it is need of a deep cleaning as we wiped down counter tops. The bed was very uncomfortable and felt like it had a cheap pillow top placed on top of a hard old mattress.

Overrated and overpriced “vacation club”

I had made the reservation well in advance for my husband’s 60th birthday and requested a special welcoming in the room and a room with a view. I called ahead twice to confirm this and was assured by a manager this would be not be a problem. When we arrived, we were told our room had been given away to someone else who just showed up a few minutes before us (despite my calling twice before to confirm including the day of). The front desk girl was rude and did not even apologize or acknowledge my husband’s birthday (which I had hoped to make very special for him there.) When I subtly mentioned it to her, she sent us over to the older “concierge” who tried to sell us on a time share presentation to get a free meal voucher, lol. No thanks.. Nothing was waiting for him in the room either which was another disappointment especially given the price we paid for the room. The property was extremely dated, there was no one to help with luggage and there is no elevator.

Beautiful view

I always love Sedona Summit and have stayed many timed. The heatung system was not working properly so the first 2 nights I was COLD and didnt get much sleep. After 3 visits to my unit it got straightened out

Located in a quiet area and a quick drive to shopping and restaurants. Only reason I have less stars for room was it was clear someone spiky something in couch cushion and would have thought they would have cleaned it before we checked in. Only there 2 nights so didn’t use couch anyways or would have said something if a longer stay

Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit

We stayed in Condo 263M. The room looked like it was renovated and was nicely done. The view was magnificent. We had plenty of kitchen supplies (paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, etc.), as well as bathroom supplies. The room had laundry facilities, a fireplace and was spacious for 2 people. Parking was no issue.

The heated pool and hot tubs made this stay very enjoyable. Located on the outskirts of Sedona , it has amazing views from every building.
