We had a wonderful time staying at this charming B&B! The home and room were beautiful, and the fall foliage and decorations made it feel even cozier. We would definitely stay here again!

My mom and I enjoyed this cozy B&B. Located in a quiet neighborhood (although it is across the street from a high school--so you may hear the band on occasion but otherwise pretty quiet). Within easy walking distance to downtown Champaign, the Virginia Theater, cool book shops and plenty of places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place overall.. quiet, snacks available, porch to sit on, walkable to town. Only downside was the Costco breakfast. Everything wrapped in plastic. I would have expected some homemade muffins or something. But everything else was lovely!

Very well-maintained and beautiful grand house. Generally spacious rooms, especially those with ensuite bath. Decent continental breakfast with many beverages and snacks available all day. Almost never see any inn staff.
