"This was an exceptional experience. My family and I stayed in one of the 2-bedroom suites with a double sofa pullout—it was super clean and incredibly convenient. We dined at The Placery and enjoyed breakfast each morning—both offered delicious food and had amazing staff. Although we didn’t need room service during our stay, we often saw the team in the hallway, and the ladies were always kind and friendly. Every staff member we interacted with truly exemplified excellent customer service—not in a forced or fake way, but genuinely. You can tell they’re happy to work there, which speaks volumes about the culture that’s been built. A special shoutout to Karen and Todd B. for making our check-in and dining experiences extra pleasant with their cheerful, helpful attitude.
