Absolutely lovely hosts who treat you like family. Fantastic breakfast and very clean rooms with a fridge, excellent WiFi, plenty of storage in the room with all amenities and very comfy beds. We honestly cannot fault anything and are returning again in the new year

The owner was friendly and helpful. They do offer parking permits but it does get busy so I would recommend parking in the pavilion car park using one of the parking apps for a few quid until you can find an empty space. The breakfast was amazing with choice of cereal fruit or cooked. I had full English which had everything and was amazing. Perfect location within 100 yards of Weymouth Pavillion and plenty of shops and bars nearby. Highly recommended and competitive price. I’ll certainly be back.

Very nice stay. Clean and comfortable room which was quiet and peaceful. Room had a great view over the harbour. Breakfast was very nice and cooked to order. Karen was a great host and helpful with information. Close to the harbour, beach and town centre. Highly recommended.

A charming historic hotel with
I was very pleased with my double room and ensuite. The sea view was lovely and the location of the hotel was well situated. Karen (the proprietor of the hotel) was very helpful, attentive and friendly. I would return to this hotel.

Great hosts and facilities, breakfast was great. Only pain was parking, once you have found parking the host will will register you on line as permit holder which was a nice feature.

Very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Accommodation was very well kept. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of cooked, cereals, toast, fresh fruit, yoghurt and pastries. Location is perfect for the beach and the harbour with stunning views from the rooms and dining areas.

Had a nice stay and was warmly welcomed at Beach View. Room was comfortable with a nice view of the boats. Sò well located, near the beach, fair, restaurants, pubs. Breakfast was really delicious

Pretty much what you expect
Lovely quaint family b and b. As expected. Amazing view of the beach. Harbour is at the back of the guest house. Ideal location. Good quality breakfast each morning. Free Parking permit is given to guests. Can be difficult to get a car space in peak periods. A fair ground is running july and August outside the pavilion , next to the b and b. Open 9.30 -9.30pm. Avoid these 2 months if you cant stand loud music and screaming! Not a stab at the b and b as out of their control.
