"This property was wonderful. The host was very nice and communicated all things very well. The house is an older home but very well kept. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The thing I loved most were all the “extras” that most hosts don’t think of. This host went out of their way to provide all the comforts from home. Definitely will stay again. "

"This property is very quiet. I stayed 2 days for a "sta~cation and reserved the room with the whirpool/hot tub for a quiet weekend to unwind and decompress. Friendly staff, convenient location and great parking!"

"House was poor overall. Check in was very late, apparently due to poor conditions from previous stay. Wasn’t clean when we did get in, floors hadn’t been vacuumed. Poor value overall as the price is very high relative to the quality. We stayed in a much nicer house in Bella vista later in the trip for less cost. "

"Exactly as described. Small cozy little one room apartment with the basics. Had a weeklong training in the area and this was a perfect option for the stay. I liked the location, next to a huge park which was fun to run through. Nice little quiet neighborhood too."

"Property was convenient. It had everything we needed for our business trip.. but it needs some cosmetic updates inside. there is alot of pealing paint and ceiling stucco falling. Short of the cosmetic issues... the owner was highly responsive and answered all questions as they came up. Would stay again."
