The man made beach needs cleaning and the edge wall needs brushing. Very slimmy and slippery with oils and sunscreen. Guest services need to acknowledge what guest are celebrating and make an effort to make guest feel special. Absolutely nothing was done for my wifes birthday celebration. Wish a balloon or even a slice if cake. But Absolutely nothing. Its would put this resort over the top if that was done. The doorman took more interest in us then the guest services.

I absolutely loved my stay here at Renaissance Hotel. The guest service was exceptional. From arrival to departure I truly felt at home and safe at this property especially, as a solo female traveler. The hotel is gated and there is security at the entrance and exit of the property. If you are visiting Curcao you will need to rent a car! The hotel is super accommodating to those needs and there is a parking garage directly across the street and no more than a 2 minute walk and the garage is free! Plenty of dining and shopping options conveniently located on and near the property. I loved how a lot of activities was walking distance especially the Queen Emma Bridge. This is the best property to book if you are considering Curcao!

From the moment me and my family arrived at the Renaissance CuraƧao to celebrate my birthday, we knew weā€™re going to be well taken care of. Our 5night stay was nothing short of amazing!! The location was perfect! The rooms were clean! (We had a Starbucks on our floor) The infinity pools were nice! The entire staff was friendly and VERY accommodating. Great restaurants, plenty of shopping stores, a casino, and easy transportation options! I also would like to express my sincere gratitude to Luis and Tiffany who went above and beyond to make sure me and my familyā€™s stay was an enjoyable one! 10 out of 10 across the board!!

We absolutely loved our stay (despite the short power outage we experienced)! Our flight home got canceled, so we chose to stay here for the night and leave the The Rif, the hotel we were originally staying that. They completely blew The Rif out of the water! The reception staff was so kind, and Alexis who helped us with our bags was awesome. We told them it was our birthday and they want the extra mile to decorate the room, give us champagne and a cake at NO extra cost! The infinity pool that looks over the ocean is a view you cannot beat! EVERYTHING is in walking distance which is great! Food, shopping, the infamous bridge, downtown, and even KFC haha! I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this resort, I doubt youā€™ll regret it!
