Great staff and rooms-awesome location.

The staff is very friendly. They upgraded our room fridge for a much larger and nicer one without us asking. They are repainting areas so they maintain this property well. This hotel is perfect walking distance to both sides of the channel.

I loved staying at the Renaissance wind creek resort for my birthday trip. The staff were courteous and attentive, the location is right in the middle of Willemstad so it’s very convenient to walk to lots of attractions. It’s a lovely resort and I’d certainly stay here again.

The hotel's location is perfect for walking around downtown Willemstad, including Punda. The staff was attentive, and the bartender, Terance, was the best at the 5 O'Clock Bar! Overall, it was a wonderful vacation.

Nice place. Two fancy restaurants closed due to fire though. The "beach" is really a salt water pool, not connected to the ocean, which is odd but ok. Easy walk to downtown shops/restaurants/scenery. Best beaches are a taxi ride away.

Confortable modern hotel in an excellent location. Easy walkable area with many dining and shopping options. A short walk to Queen Emma Bridge. Note that the pictures don’t show an actual beach, but the infinite pool area that is filed with sand and has some beach chair and umbrellas to emulate the real thing. Service is on the slow side, but not as bad as probably anywhere else in the island.
