Amazing Hotel in a fabulous position. Fantastic facilities run by Staff that were so friendly and made you feel so welcome with whatever you wanted to do. Very relaxed atmosphere at all times of day. Pub & Spa / Pool area such a joy and pleasure to be in. Can’t wait to go again.

Room was excellent. Food in Mizumi was overpriced for their offering. Charged us for water £5, not good when paying the over flared prices for the restaurant. Breakfast was buffet style, everything was overcooked and hard had been under the lights for too long and was actually cold. No offer of tea and coffee as you are seated… for a five star hotel at the prices they charge per night. Breakfast should be served…water in spa was cold both in the pool and hot tubs.. steam room out of action… all in all would not rate this hotel.

Long weekend birthday celebration
Went for a long weekend for a birthday celebration three nights four days. The bed was not comfortable at all and on speaking to house keeping manager the mattress were a new brand and not as advertised as a firm bed, topper added to mattress was ok. The room and facilities were adequate more storage area required and bathroom cabinet would off been handy. Shower head rail broken and leaked on shower hose, shower glass door leaked on floor. Hot tub on patio was amazing made the break if not for this would off left hotel early. The swimming pool water was cold and did not stay in long, steam room not working and had not been working for days. The spa treatment full body massage fantastic staff amazing and explained in full detail what was included and to be done.Main Hotel restaurant good food and price reasonable. Pub food at spa, to hot in pub to eat and food not good. Staff overall were fantastic always happy to help and nothing was too much. Staff are a credit to the hotel always went above and beyond,100 % to all. Would stay again if issues sorted.

A Beautiful Hotel with elegant and stunning decor. Friendly staff. Amazing room with very comfortable mattress and pillows. Great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Easy parking. Great location. Highly recommended it.

Fantastic First Visit
Was made to feel very welcome from driving through the gate to leaving, the attention to detail left no stone unturned cleanliness was top notch and so was all the staff could not have asked for anything more.

This is a wonderful hotel immaculate throughout. There is even a Bentley car to take you on local journeys ! Their Fusion restaurant is really nice. The spa is small with parts sadly not working but was being fixed.

Wonderful relaxing stay
Had a wonderful stay for my Birthday. Every member of staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Hot tub was clean and ready for us as soon as we arrived. The attention to detail at this hotel makes all the difference! Spa facilities were perfect we enjoyed a lovely few hours in the evening with a couple of Proseccos and then another lovely couple of hours in the morning with a coffee. Best hotel I’ve stayed in so far in the lakes, cannot recommend enough!

The room was great, and the staff were fantastic very friendly. I was disappointed that we had to wait nearly 20mins today to get into breakfast. I feel there could be a better way of arranging that. The food we had during the stay was great. Especially in the Japanese restaurant.

What a wonderful hotel, the rooms are beautiful and immaculately maintained, hot tub was lovely, spa is nice. Mazumi restaurant was lovely and Benn was a wonderful host at meal times. The Bentley service is a great perk.
