Easy parking, safe, good location, excellent Italian restaurant across street, adjacent to Sneaky Pete's Dinner & Show. Close to Duck Boats & Tavarti Animal Park. Would stay here again.

Everything is sooo clean ,rooms were big for 6 of us traveling and staying a week .The chlorine was strong in pool was hard a few nights we had to leave after 30 minute butned our eyes to bad .

Our room had vinyl flooring that was “sticky” when you walked on it and left our feet and socks dirty! There were not enough towels/washcloths in our room and we had to call for extra. The main reason for the poor review is the hidden fee charged by the hotel to book through a third party (Expedia). This extra charge was hidden in the details of the property. It was not listed upfront. The hotel was not willing to do anything to remedy the situation as they stated “it’s listed in the property details”. Beware!!!

Our overall experience was really positive. Clean room and pet friendly. Breakfast had a very nice variety and tasted fresh. We enjoyed the waffles and we could add things to the batter like chocolate chips to make them even more special. Very convenient location! Staff very helpful and professional.

Clean and new but need a better breakfast
The front desk was amazing and very friendly. Answered questions and got me checked in quickly. The pool is too small for a hotel this big. It was always packed and full of people. Breakfast needs to be bigger. They only had two items and two waffle makers (one of them was broken). They had plenty of room to offer more options but the space was just wasted.

Nice big room. Breakfast was average. Not of the strip but right across the street from the wilderness water parks. Random people who you could tell weren't staying at hotel would hangout outside of the building. Either on the side or back of building. Otherwise it was ok. I still would stay here again.

It’s my Third time staying in this hotel. However, this experience isn’t the best. The shower door is broken. The wash hand basin is filthy. They need to do better.
