"Hotel was basic but clean and housekeeping were there every day, we only used the hotel as a base and didn’t eat or drink there. But what I saw looked decent. The location is excellent for exploring St Pauli and transport to the harbour and main areas of Hamburg are plentiful. You are about a 10-15 minute walk from the Repperbhan"

"We stayed for 5 nights. Roland on reception was extremely helpful. An asset to the hotel. He explained where to go etc. Nothing was too much trouble. We had an economy double room which was compact but had everything needed. The bed was extremely hard but may just be us, the pillows very large( but comfy). One wasn't really enough but 2 gave me neck ache. Not sure why they were so large although we were told they were new pillows. Breakfast was ok. Here and there needs a lick of paint but nothing major. I wiped the fridge out before using as it hadn't been checked I would say but other than that I would give 8/10 for cleaning. "

"Incredibly receptive and communicative team here. Well furnished kitchen with all of the essentials. Comfy bed, great water pressure. Only thing Id note is you need to go to the neighboring hotel to access the gym and sauna. Easy enough to do so though."
