If you have Electrophobia and cannot be without power at all this is not the place for you. This is a cabin in the catskill mountains and it is all about the weather that can affect electrical supply. But the beauty is in the fresh air, water, and wildlife. Hot water is limited because there is a hot water tank so if multiple people take showers at the same time you will have to wait for the tank to heat up again. The water from the Faucet is fresh natural well water 180 feet below the ground filtered by Mother Nature. The best Free spring water you can drink!!!!
