Property was well maintained with friendly staff. Had a great time. Since it was New Years, we did notice less staff than normal. Dining staff was a bit lacking due to it being New Years.

The service at the restaurant was very bad. We were left waiting for a table, they never called for a reservation for more than 2 hours. At the morning buffet they took the plates out of the children's hands saying that they were going to close. They had a bad attitude and were very rude.

Both days it was so cold in the park we couldn't swim. The last day we didn't even bother trying. Tried to fill some time at the arcade where half the games were broken or kept eating our money. The food is worse than gas station at premium prices. Also tried buying hoodies for my kids because we were all freezing and the gift shop was mostly bare. I bought the only hoodie they had in the store. Shameful.

Water park had many attractions closed and was closed on the second day which was a disappointment for the kids. The fridge in the room was so noisy we couldn't sleep. Movie on schedule in the lobby didn't happen due to technical difficulty.Hotel was at full capacity

Great family vacation location. I enjoyed having everything under one roof. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food options were limited and sometime a mystery on when the restaurant were open, the website didn’t match what was happening at the resort. Some staff were super helpful and friendly while others (front desk) was less helpful.

The property is very clean and the staff has been great! I wish the water park was open past 7:00 pm, but we hit the arcade and the kids still had fun. We will do the water park tomorrow.

We stayed for weekend to celebrate the daughter’s BD. The room was clean , bed was great. The facility overall very clean , outside landscaping very nice. The indoor water park has enough slides to make busy kids all day. The level of the chlorine in the air was detectable. I understand the water must be treated but more efficient ventilation could be used, especially in hot days. The biggest complaint I have is the prices for the food , just outrageous. Muffin $6.5 , black coffee $4.5 ? That’s just rip off and taking advantage of the situation. Quality of dinning there is less than subpar. No wonder that majority guests dine out of the resort. Something that” ownership” should look into , if you want to keep the guests on the resort grounds ,that should be the idea , improvement the quality of the food and pricing are needed ! The concierge staff needs intense training on etiquette and costumer service. On day of checking in , young black gentleman at the desk didn't greet or welcome us, just asked for CC. That’s just outright unprofessional and rude.
