Supposed to be a busy time. But understaffed, there’s always a lot of food items out. Cannot rely on this place to feed your child on time. Surfside grille which is the only food spot available in the Waterpark was constantly late on opening. Didn’t have food available until 12:45pm and then you had to wait in horrendous long lines. Yet they don’t let you bring food in….good thing I snuck in food anyway or else my toddler would be starving. Never coming back. Staff is nice, but needs more people to run the place efficiently.

We found our keurig inside our room with dirty and has molds water container which is unacceptable. I called front desk to request a new complimentary coffee maker (keurig) she said they will send us a new one. Until morning I went downstairs spoke front desk and she knows my room number and said maybe housekeeping is not around. They ignored us and no one follow up. They dont care at all.

Great place for the family with little kids. However staffs are terrible and can't reach them in anyways...tried calling front desk and concierge for 3 days with out a single answer. Asked to have fresh towels and never happened so I served my self with towels. Not one staff says hello with a smiling face other than people in the arcade area all others tries their best to ignore you until you call on them and they have a very bad attitude. Our family loves water parks and have been to kalahari and grear wolf lodge and was by far the worst staffs ever. Would love to comeback if staffs were more friendly

My biggest take away was the horrendous service at the bixbys restaurant. It was my daughter's birthday the place was empty and I waited from 7:39 and never got sat and ended up having to sit at the bar with my then turning 9 year old daughter. Then they sent out the wrong food and tried to sell me on a watered down shot I purchased. It was a terrible experience and I was told even though the restraint was empty(literally 4 tables were sat) that it was a staff and kitchen problem. You have a full resort and only 2 restraints and both were terribly managed.

When Kartrite first opened, it was well-staffed and clean. However, the staff is now limited; if you stay multiple days, the rooms are not cleaned unless you pay extra. The room vents appear to be compromised, the rooms have a strange odor, and the AC must be on to prevent the stagnant smell. The heated pool is beyond disgusting; it's a petri dish of bacteria. It was never cleaned; they just ran the filter. I know this to be true since my room was adjacent to the pool. The kid's activities are self-served. I will not be returning to this property.

The waterpark is small but it has some really entertaining attractions (surfing and outdoors hot spring pool.) The ropes are great for the kids. They could offer more activities for the kids. The room is nice and beds are comfortable. The one really big issue this hotel has is the food. They close all the restaurants during the day, except for the one inside the waterpark, but this one has very few options, and they run out of all healthy options (salads) during our stay. Even at the breakfast restaurant, they didn’t have any healthy choices (no yogurt, fruits, etc)
