"욕조 유, 무에 따른 방 차이가 있고 들어가면서 머리카락이 보여서 조금 그랬고 샤워 후 물이 화장실 바닥에 퍼지는 구조는 조금 문제. 이런 단점 빼소는 만족함. 웰컴 케잌이라고 하는 무료 쿠키도 몇개 제공해줌. 결론은 추천함"

"FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. The staff was friendly. We could order breakfast from the breakfast menu. We didn't find any hand soap in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was squeaky (I don't understand why the cleaning crew doesn't report this to the maintenance crew so they could fix it). The water from the bathtub was draining very slowly - it was clogged. Overall the stay was pleasant, but there were some minor things they should fix so the stay would be perfect."

"Very very bad experience. My booking was cancelled even though i have received confirmation from expedia and payment has been made. The staff claim that the cancellatiob is due to non payment and they are unwilling to contact expedia and we got to sort out the issues ourselves despite us showing evidence that payment has been made. We got to make a long distance call to expedia and like usual, they will put you on hold. After back and forth for almost 2 hours. The issue is rectified with the agent making payment at the very last min. The staff at the hotel recommended that we should book directly with the hotel in the future. Dont think i will ever come back here again"
