Location is a quite a bit of walk from the station, around 10 minutes. If it’s rainy season, don’t forget to bring umbrella. The rooms is equipped with a fridge and other amenities are by the lobby, you can just take as needed. We ordered a taxi to take us to the airport and 10 minutes later we called to cancel because it was very over priced. But we cannot cancel it, until one of our family members who speaks Japanese talked to the Taxi Manager, then was not succesful, then the Manager’s Manager also not succesful, then the 3rd Manager said ok but hesitantly. So there you go haha no bending rules here even after 10 minutes. Because the rule was no refund after dispatch. But we call around 10 am for 7 pm pick up, so technically no taxi has been dispatched yet. I think they can do a better customer service because it’s really not a big deal, if we called an hour or so before the dispatch time then it makes sense for no refund. The hotel is clean has an onsen and sauna which was great after a long day.

We had a large tatami room and it was perfect for a small family and spacious by Japanese standards. The onsen was also a great way to relax at the end of the day. Very walkable to shin Osaka station. Very clean, the staff were excellent and accommodating.

Loved staying at the karaksa hotel grande. The onsen was a bonus and it was great to be able to use the washing facilities. The bed was huge and comfy - we had amazing night sleeps. The room and bathroom was very clean. Had so many toiletries to choose from and the slippers was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, helpful, efficient, and were keen to help with any enquiries. It was also a great distance from Shin-Osaka station which was convenient for getting anywhere. Would definitely recommend and come back to stay next time!

Very close to shin-Osaka. Excellent breakfast buffet. Some heavy duty washer dryer combined machines, with clothes pretty dry by the end of the cycle. Nice clean sauna and onsen.

I really love the view of my room , hotel was really nice but the onsen wasn’t included and you can’t call to request anything that you need from your room , you have to go in person front desk which was inconvenient.
