"The property is clean, bed is soft by Japanese standards, blinds do a good job of keeping the light out and noise is minimal only done hallway noise "

"Staff was far and away the most helpful and friendly out of the four hotels my son and I stayed at while visiting Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. We arrived early at the hotel as we were attending an afternoon Carp baseball game and when we got back later that afternoon, the staff had kindly delivered our luggage to our room. Hotel also has onsen which was great for relaxing in the evening."
