"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to the bustling 5th Avenue, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. There are plenty of dining options nearby, offering great variety. "Really enjoyed the property! Booked in the Presidential Suite Tower B. Family of 5, so set up the living room with the king sofa bed (workable and comfy). Kitchen was stocked with enough to get by (no dishwasher), but recommend having some ziplocks for leftovers and thermos water bottles for beach/pool. Rooftop pool was amazing with expansive ocean views, a fantastic fully equipped gym and a welcoming bartender to keep you hydrated. Very clean facility and any issues we had were immediately addressed. The jetted tub on the patio was a nice touch, but needs better heating to be useful. Easy walk to the beach (5mins), shops (5 to 10 mins to 5th Ave) and for groceries (Selecto Súper Chedraui Avenida 15mins). 30 mins walk south down 5th Ave gets you to the busiest shopping and restaurants area. Nice to have the option nearby, but also nice to be away from the majority of noise and people. We felt very safe walking around (7:00am to 11:00pm) and within our unit and building. Elected to take airport shuttle (45mins) and taxi for nearby exertions (recommend Rio Secreto - 20min cab ride). Really great family vacation and a great option instead of an all-inclusive. Seaweed on the beach was a bummer and stinks, but that was our only complaint on the whole trip. We had a great time in Playa del Carmen and Singular Dreams helped make the experience all that much better!"

"Love this place! Right next to 5th Ave strip. Close to Coco beach. We just walked from our condo unit to that beach We only had check in problem as the guy on the front desk does not speak english at all. So its hard to communicate. But upon checking in, you need to fill out and sign a form for all people staying in. They also give you wrist band that you will wear the entire stay there. Try to ask to put it to your wrist loose so you can remove it when you sleep or shower. It scratches in our sun burned skin when we shower and its not a good feeling 😐 Its a condo so the front desk if just for info and questions. Our condo suite was good. Lots of towel for shower and beach use. Also equipped with pots, plates, utensils, cups and glasses. Roof top pool was nice. Didn't get to use it but went up there on night time to just relax. So much breeze and feels nice to relax. Would definitely book here again! "
