There no one on reception desk to meet or greet until past one pm, however when arrived receptionist Ubra was so friendly, room was too warm and we had to change to another room because of broken window loco, Breakfast was mediocre with nothing more than average, room and bathroom size were reasonable.

I recently stayed at the Dormero Hotel in Zurich by the airport, and it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, there was a sign that no one is here to serve early waiting customers with bags until 1pm. Only positive is the gentleman that helped us was positive. The the AC was completely broken and we had to sleep with the windows open, which meant we heard airplanes as it’s near the airport. The floors were sticky and filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned. To make matters worse, the showerhead was broken. For the price I paid, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and comfort, but this place failed on every front. Stay far away from this disaster of a hotel!

There was no AC, the bathroom and beds were dirty and had hair on them. The shower head was broken the towels were tiny and the bathroom tiles were moldy.

Very helpful staff member who helped us check in and then helped us move to a cooler room (no AC at this hotel) & it was pretty hot & humid. He also helped us with how to get around the city. Room wasn’t very clean (very dusty) and the premises aren’t that clean, a little run down. The hotel is located in an area of the city that isn’t very nice. But I rated this hotel higher because of the very helpful staff member.

It wasn't as clean as it could be. Walls looked a bit scratched up and windows were dusty. Beds were fresh and comfortable and we liked how close it was to the airport. The bus stop is almost in front of the hotel, which was nice.

We were four and has to book 2 rooms. Room has no AC just a pedestal fan. With window open there is lot of traffic noise. Convenience is close to the airport but then flights noise is heard. They charged me 36CHF for parking my bad should have find a street parking but that's a lot to charge.

I stayed in the hotel with my friends. I chose the hotel as it claimed a 4 star hotel. However, the main reason to give only 2 stars to the property as it does not have air conditioner. The property is close to the airport but due to it doesn’t have AC one has to open the window and then there’s a lot of plane noises.In the room the temperature was 27 degrees Celsius so it was very hot. There was only a standing fan which didn’t work like AC 😉. I asked the staff to help us in this regard but was answered rudely that that the most hotels in Switzerland are non AC. There was flys when you open the windows

The reception status arrogant and rude they increased the parking fee from 31 to 36 per night and they didn’t send me any message or email, when I asked them about this increase they said contact to Expedia while you are not our customer

Big room, Good service
No air conditioning but the fans are there. If you open the window, the airplane sound is very noisy, but the night is none. Amazing was the free drinks and the big room. I would stay one more time when I'll be there again.
