This a budget hotel. The female guest service were not at all friendly. The rooms (I have booked 2 rooms for a family of 6 for 6 nights) are very very small. Could not move and no space if you have more than 2 big suitcases. The breakfast was a massive disappointment, too expensive and nothing but bread and cold meats. The only good thing with this hotel is the laundry room and they have microwave and kettle downstairs and you can eat and hang out at the lobby where we spent a few hours every night so not to feel stucked in a very small room. The metro is also right outside the hotel which is very convenient

It is good, especially for the price. However there are a few things of the distribution of the room that I don't like at all. The shower is basically in the middle of the room, separated from the toilet, the problem is that the only division between the room and the shower was a glass door. Since I traveled with my father, every time someone wanted to take a shower the other one had to go to the reception cause otherwise there would be no privacy. The toilet also had the problem that is imposible to lock the door that separetes it from the room. Getting on the cabin bed was very uncomfortable; for some reason the stairs are too uncomfortable and is very difficult to get up and down. On the other side the location was pretty good, the room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The main problem of this hotel is the distribution of the room in general, but out of that it is a very convenient option because of it's price and certain facilities such as the 24 hours reception, luggage storage, breakfast (that's avaible from 4 am) and the location which is only 30 min from downtown and 5 min from the airport, both by tram.

I don’t have much to say about my stay. Landed late in the evening. It was super easy to get to this hotel from the airport via tram. Basically checked it, went to bed, and headed out early in the morning to the next destination. It was a cute, unique hotel with very friendly staff.

The room was tiny, smaller than it seems in the photo. The top bunk is undoubtedly difficult to change bedding. It hadn't been done in quite a while. It was filthy. No one was available to change it so they gave us a new sheet to put down on top of the filth. There were no other rooms available. They also would not give us a discount or free parking based on the condition of the room. Look elsewhere. This place was gross

This quiet hotel is only two #10 tram stops from the airport so very convenient but much less expensive than the airport hotels. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. #10 tram is just outside the hotel and wil take you downtown to the shopping areas and Old Zurich
