This property was so convient because it was connected to the Zurich Airport. Just dont be an idiot like me and forget that it isRadisson Blu and not jist Radisson (will take you 10 monuyes away from the airport). This hotel is wonderful. Beautiful property, pleasant and helpful staff, and wonderxull food.

Firstly, this is a pleasant hotel to stay in. The room was very clean and nice - however, only one set of shampoo and one mug was provided. My biggest issue was the fact that this is supposedly one of Expedia's VIP hotels where upgrades are given to members on availability. I messaged the hotel via Expedia to see if this would be available and got no response. When I arrived, I asked in person and was told that Expedia were incorrect and room upgrades were only given to Raddison reward members and that no benefits existed for Expedia VIP. As I expressed disappointment, the member of staff did upgrade my room which was good of them but I would warn anyone booking because this is an Expedia VIP hotel that the status doesn’t appear to mean anything to the hotel (at least from what I was told by the desk staff).

The property is convenient for in and out flight nothing more Clean and professional I have been few times in the past but the last few times once very bad experience is repeated Early morning the house keeping start cleaning the rooms very loudly with total disregard to the fact that most of the guests are tired trackers trying to rest …. I am talking of 7:30’AM so not an excuse to prepare for the new guest as no check in is done before 1 PM Dining experience is also limited

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich..sogar herzlich. Die Suite ist überraschend großzügig. Whirlpool und Dusche haben einen fantastischen Wasserdruck. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. WLAN und Stromversorgung ist sehr gut. Minibar und Service ist gut und ausreichend.Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir sind in der Winterpause hier und können die Ruhe und das Ambiente genießen. Wir fühlen uns verwöhnt. Vielen lieben Dank
