Staff was very nice but the place is a dump. It was dirty and had a horrible odor. Old furniture sitting out in the parking lot. Junk vehicles in the parking lot and it looked like next to the hotel has a homeless camp. Did not seem to be a safe place.

My room was absolutely filthy. There was a half drank bottle of vodka under the kitchen sink, the cabinets were gull of dust and there was hairballs on the kitchen floor. The staff was very accommodating in getting me a different room. However, the swcond toom was also dirty. There were several long black hairs in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as some used tissue on the floor in the bathroom. I was very pleased with the shuttle service.

At least the was no bugs 😆

You get what you pay for. It was basically what I expected for the money. Cleanliness isn’t not their strong suit. The towels had holes in them, there was leftover dirty Q-tips behind the dresser & m&m’s & cheetoes in the corners. The shower was lukewarm at best & never got hot.. even after running it for 20 plus minutes. The most insulting part was the $200 deposit they charge & have the audacity to say they have to check the room before handing it back. “ not joking.”

This property charged me a 200.00 authorization fee to stay there.I have stayed there before but i got a dirty room had to call numerous times to get shuttle waited for 20 min..Not a cup in the rooms like a lick down they have to buzz you in before you register..Homless people aruging hotel personel and guest @3 am .I could go on for ever..they have not returned my money she yold me nothing of 200 i thought was a standered 100 for a slummy hotel in alaska .I will ever stay again

Hotel smelled of fabuloso probably to cover the smell of mouse and urine. Traffic all night people yelling and banging on windows to get in. Male staff cursed at me behind my back as we were going to dinner first night. Mouse feces in the corners ofs of the rooms. Old food spillage from prior occupants. No continental breakfast as advertised and last but not least a burned out section of the buildings been sitting for years now. Never again. Welcome to Anchorage

The hotel itself was adequate, but the area was trashy, with drunk or high homeless bums all around. The area felt very unsafe. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I choose this place because it had free airport shuttle and close to airport. It was a very uncomfortable place to stay. Had to call for the shuttle twice to see how long it was going to take. I never got a straight answer. Took at least 35 minutes to pick me up from airport and both the driver and lady at desk basically lied and said driver was there waiting for me which wasn’t true. By the time he showed up it took only 6 minutes to arrive at hotel. The place has a ghetto feel and I didn’t feel safe. It was definitely overpriced. Will not stay here again.
