The property was nice. The restaurants were nice looking, but the food was average. We had to do a lot of walking to get around the facility. We were always trying to get water to hoard so we had enough. We were also put into a high-pressure sales to join a membership that was supposed to be 90 minutes, but ran to over two hours, and they still continue to pressure us to buy. Overall, we had a great time because we were with our family however, the location of our room was really inconvenient to the beach and the pools and about a half mile walk to the restaurants. If we want more water we had to call room service and they say it takes 20 minutes, but could take an hour. We probably won’t go back.

Large property although there are trolley rides available it is not easy to navigate. The pool areas inside the pool and outside need to be cleaned better. Pools were cloudy. Room Service was quick and friendly. Restaurant staff always friendly. Do not do a meeting with staff from legendary. It was 4 hours long and they did not provide what was promised. Legendary staff/meeting ruined one entire vacation day.

Beaches are beautiful, and shade/chairs available on the beach. Not much shade around the pools. The pool water was very warm, not at all refreshing. Also, there were problems with the air conditioning our entire trip. Our room was at about 75 all week (though the ac was at 60). The last night, it was 81. And the ac was out in the casino and main restaurants. Also had to wait about 45 minutes for our hotel booked private transfer to the airport. Just not a great experience, especially at this price point. Would not stay here again.

Awesome staff especially in the Toro restaurant. Hector from the Toro restaurant gave the best costumer service I’ve ever seen. High quality food, nice hotel rooms with nice bedding and air conditioning included. Amazing pools, the pools have frequent fun activities. The beaches are gorgeous as well. 24 hour room service is also included.

If you decide to stay there, you’ll need tons of PATIENCE. There is a line for everything, the service is so slow, applies to transportation within the property, the lazy river (just to get a tube), getting you drinks, a table available for dinner (average 1 hour, unless you decide to eat at ‘Market’, but the food is pretty bad in there), the waiters normally don’t take your plates after you’re done, if there’s a fork missing, you have to stand up and find it. There are no clear labels for allergens in the food which for us was important due to a severe tree nut allergy, need to ask the employees and sometimes they don’t know (there’s a coffee place where the workers had no idea if the brownies or cookies had tree nuts, so just decided not to have anything, even after making the line). The beach is beautiful, it was clean the first three days we were there, the seaweed started arriving the last day of our stay. My kids enjoyed the water park. It’s supposed to close at 6, but the workers actually stop allowing you to use the slides at 5:40 pm. I wouldn’t would return to this hotel because of the bad service. We paid a good amount of money to receive such poor and slow service.

Overall good place to stay. Easy transportation to and from airport and flights went smoothly. Only complaints are we Had a lot of ants and a roach in room and the first day we got a text telling us it was hard rock members going to help us book an excursion at a breakfast but turned into this legendary experience that was trying to get us to be members and refuses to take no for an answer. Extremely pushy and made us angry. Only complaint.
