We have stayed at Larkspur Landing before. Each time the stay has been great. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The property is always clean and orderly. The breakfast offers a variety of selections. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay
One night stay enroute to a farther-away vacation destination. The facility was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and there were dining and coffee choices nearby. Will definitely return!

Lex was helpful & informative at check in. She helped us to choose a first floor room to avoid a noisy hockey team on the third floor. Was able to rest well in a quiet comfortable room. The carpet throughout the first floor looked as though it had been through a flood. Hotel room carpet looked great and recently replaced. Beds were very comfortable! Bathroom was clean and we appreciated a sign posted by management that the front desk could provide certain toiletries if needed. The quality of complimentary tea and lotion was a nice surprise.

No curtains just a blind and the light come straight through. When we arrived at 9:00 there was a drunk person in the lobby sitting down in the area where they have the breakfast normally he was in and out of the building continuously
