My only critique is that there was no soap in the shower, which was disappointing. If you are going to use refillable pump dispensers, checking levels is critical.

They advertise 24 hour shuttle. Early flight at 5:30 AM. There was no one to take us to the airport. I called and have checked first. Desk clerk was rude and rolled her eyes. Her name was Alexis.

A good option for those heading to or from the airport. There is a free shuttle, and food (yogurt, cereal, chips) available for purchase 24/7. The rooms were clean and quiet.

Staff was rude, and generally unpleasant. The shuttle only drops off on the domestic side, so you'll need to uber to international. My room smelled like weed, and the ac didn't work. Just blew non stop heat. Will never stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They certainly need to hire more housekeeping but the few who are there do so well despite being understaffed. The pool is a plus although I was unable to swim as a result of being a bit under the weather. The staff are very friendly too.

Let me first say Ashley at the front desk was a delight. She was friendly, professional and overall amazing. This was is a good stay, for the price point you’re paying you’re getting a decent stay. The Burger Place was delish which an amazing staff that made me feel welcomed. Best Burger I’ve gotten while in Atlanta, they also have some great wings. The pool was cool, if you need anything the staff is helpful to assist. The shuttle bus to the airport was super convenient.

We loved our stay at Sonesta! the place was super clean and what i liked the most is that to reach any floor you need your room key. It made us feel very safe! The only thing i wish they had was microwave in the rooms and not on every floor in a special room.
