I enjoyed the time spent at the property. The facilities were better than expected and easy to access. I was extremely disappointed the amount charged to my payment option was different than the amount agreed and confirmed when my stay was booked.

Great stay. Big clean room. Comfortable bed. Very affordable and on the boardwalk. Pool area looked clean and big we didn’t get to use it we forgot to pack bathing suits. We plan on returning.

Stayed in Rendevous Tower. Super clean and comfortable! Plenty of space and loved the bathroom! All personnel encountered were polite and knowledgeable! Also loved the covered walkway to Hard Rock Casino!

New Year’s Eve
My friends and I stayed here on New Year’s Eve. We chose it because it’s conveniently attached to the hard rock where we spent New Year’s Eve at a concert so it was very convenient for us. When we left the room to go and get food in the food court, we came back to a complementary bottle of wine, which was so nice. The hotel room itself was very clean. The hotel staff and casino staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaints are the walls are very thin we heard our neighbor talking as if they were in the room with us and the beds in our opinion were very uncomfortable. It’s definitely on the firm hard side and the pillows are completely flat thankfully I only stayed for one night so it wasn’t a big deal.

Definitely not family-friendly, lots of smoke, even the non-smoking rooms smell like an old Knights of Columbus ballroom. Dangerous area to walk after hours. A nice place, if all you want to do is sleep and gamble, which I guess I should have known was the point.
