Our hotel room smelled like a 1980’s ashtray and it was a non-smoking room. It was not very clean looking and was incredibly outdated for a $410 a night stay. There are some much better options in Atlantic City.

Around sink was not clean, someone walked in our room around 9:28 a.m without knocking and I was not fully dressed. A big bag was left outside our door in which it was a couple hours.

Check in experience nightmare
Terrible! First time to this hotel and turned out to be a nightmare! Check in to your room was terrible! It was past 5:30pm and the front desk staff told us that the room is not yet cleaned or not yet ready . Front desk staff told us that the room will be ready within 2-5pm for check in and asks us if we want an early check in we can pay $45. We chose to wait for the check in time instead but outlr room is not yet available and can’t provide us information of what time can we check in. Tired from a long journey from NY and we ended up getting the Accessible / handicapped room as that is the one available at the moment and she is unsure what time the designated room for us is available . What a nightmare!!

Nothing special just close to the beach. The room was dingy and the carpets were damage and old. The cleaning staff doesn't even clean the counters. It was a total disappointment. The pictures on line don't match the rooms.

Stayed at Resorts for one night while attending a concert at the Hard Rock next door. Our room was large (especially the bathroom) but pretty sparsely decorated (not much furniture for such a large room). Bed was comfy. Facilities were in decent shape, but are a bit older and "tired". Our biggest complaint is just the cigarette odor as soon as you go near the elevators and the casino floor. I know most casinos have smoking, but others must have better ventilation because they didn't smell as bad. Check-in was easy and the garage was convenient.

This hotel is so dirty!! The bed sheets were not clean so I called down to the front desk and requested room service. Housekeeping only changed the top sheet!!! The windows & bathroom were also poorly cleaned. There was hair on the floor & sink!!! Just nasty 😷. I paid for an ocean view and was left looking at a brick wall!!
