The property is definitely a "boutique" hotel. It has a small lobby and a very small pool area. The outside of the property is well maintained with beautiful plants and flora. Clean, safe and good value. Good air conditioning and hot water. Staff is very helpful. There was no coffee or tea to go with the water kettle. Some noise from the airport can be heard inside the rooms. It’s a good budget choice.

Modern, new, clean, reasonable pool. Just on a busy six lane ugly busy street that is very difficult to cross, somewhat industrial. I was very happy with the price and quality of the room and condition of hotel.

Nice clean comfortable hotel in Bangkok, close to the BKK airport. It is located on a busy street, but it is walking distance to restaurants, malls, and some local markets (and there are sidewalks!). Staff was welcoming and friendly. Convenience shop in the lobby has great coffee! Would definitely recommend!

Hotel in decent condition, staff friendly and room clean. I think maybe reviews depend on where you are located in building. For me it was on Side facing a highway so was the loudest room I’ve ever staged in. Felt like I was lying beside a highway. Anwyay basically had 7am flight so booked based on good rating, and was hoping to sleep a bit. Instead went to airport at 2am after I gave up on trying(had sound machine that was no help).

Probably the biggest problem was the excessive traffic noise throughout the night. If you want to rest before your flight, wouldn't recommend. Room was very clean.
