This was a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities and the staff was excellent. While the area around the hotel was safe it was not the cleanest and there is no grand entrance to the hotel. Often times we walked down an alleyway to get inside or if you go through the main entrance, it looks like an abandon office/mall building.

Very nice hotel, but food/drinks prices ridiculous
The hotel is very nice, but the bars and restaurants do not offer a quality that is at level with the pricing. The food is average or a little above - but the prices are 5-8 times higher than average. The view is not so unique, that it can explain 850+ thb for a local beer - or 5000 thb for a risotto.

This was our 8th stay at Lebua and we were very pleased. The view from the sky bar is fantastic. This time we had a 2 bedroom suite with lounge access. Very nice. The last time we had a 2 bedroom suite there was a easher snd dryer...this time it was not there...would have been nice to have. Overall an incredible stay. Staff were fantastic. Chatted breifly with the Hotel Manager, Jacopo Lachin, very nice. We understand there are a number of updates and renovations planned. We will definitely be back!

Nice property, good location. The property is slightly dated (wall paper, carpet). I would say by far, I slept on the worst mattress during my travels, time to change/upgrade the bed
