Publié le 21 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe found this gem of a place a few weeks before the whiteout game. It was affordable and everything in the house was as described. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could've spent more time here at the house as it was very relaxing and homey.

Publié le 3 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was clean and well decorated. It was very comfortable and there was plenty of room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Plenty of pillows and towels.
One minor quibble was that the internet speed was inconsistent. I would definitely recommend.

A great little getaway!

Their grandmother and father were born in the area and my husband and his siblings wanted to find their birthplace. This vacation home is centrally located to everything. The home was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room and the kitchen met our needs. Check in and check out was very simple and easy. We had some absolutely amazing food in the area and will definitely be back.

We’re sorry to hear that aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations, and after sharing your comments with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following: - The property is on a regular pest control schedule, especially important given its mountain location where pests can be more common. The pest control service appears to be effective, as any pests found inside are typically dead upon arrival.- Each bathroom is typically stocked with at least two full rolls of toilet paper, and additional towels should be accessible. We’ll ensure these supplies are double-checked before each stay to avoid any shortages.- The coffee can provided is an extra-large size, intended to give guests plenty of coffee for their stay, we will encourage the cleaning crew to continue to check supplies carefully to ensure our guests are comfortable during their stay.Thank you again for helping us improve the guest experience. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again for a truly comfortable and well-prepared stay.

It was a lovely area with beautiful view The location was a little isolated, but we knew that. We really liked the place and the owners had everything very well marked and made it ver convenient,

The only tiny thing that was missing was body soap in the 2nd floor bathroom.

Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was very nice and clean. We didnt stay at the house long during the days. we spent our time exploring the area within a50 mile or so. The pace of life here is what we all wish for. Great place.
(PS) the tub upstairs drains very slow

The other thing was at the endvof our stay, we looked in dryer and found lots of towels that we didn't know were there. It was a great location for us and will rebook in the future!!!!

Great place for a getaway weekend.
