The pool area combined with the event area made for a great atmosphere. I’m sure kids would be excited to be able to step out of their room and go right to the pool! The rooms were clean and simple - very nice. Check-in was efficient. The bed was clean and comfortable - also very nice. The complimentary breakfast was just right too - enough variety to please any kind of breakfast eater. I was expecting a hot shower but the water was warmish at best on full hot. Although our room didn’t smell like smoke, it did smell like the pool. Pool-side rooms tend to smell like the pool. I booked this hotel for the hot tub specifically - which was closed for maintenance! I wish there had been a way to know this during the booking process rather than only finding out at checkin. So a mid-winter stay provided no desired warmth. Very disappointing. And we attempted to adjust the heat but decided to leave that alone after it made a terrible noise and then seemed not to do anything. Our room wasn’t too hot or too cold despite that.

The room seemed clean and smelled clean upon entering but the toilet bowl looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a while, the soap dish in the shower had hair in it and when we pulled the comforter back there was a spot of blood on it.

I had a good stay but a little concerned that all entries were unlocked open at all hours of the day. The property is an older proper and the keep-up is good, its just dated. The rooms seem to have been recently updated but the common areas leave a little bit to be desired. Nice pool, good restaurant

Checking was delayed by 5 hours. Even though was game night, I paid fir a full night, they said my room would not be ready until 9:00 PM. Check out timewas still at 11:00 AM. I am very dissapointed about my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

we did not check in. the room was not cleaned. there was empty toilet tissue cardboard and tissue on the bathroom floor. There was a plastic bag on the side of the bed. We let the receptionist know and she asked that we contact Expedia and they will refund us
