"Nice resort, very clean, staff are very accommodating. Resort has free shuttle to D’Mall but only at certain times of the day and you must find your way back. Beach view is excellent. Restaurant food is okay but there are better and cost friendly options outside the hotel. "

"By far the nicest resort we have been to and it’s a must!! The resort is stunning and very large with all necessary amenities ! They also provide shuttle services & speedboat to and from the airport which is a very pleasant experience. There is also a complimentary shuttle service to the downtown area which is very walkable once you reach the drop off point. The rooms (we booked Deluxe Suite with Seaview) are gorgeous, very spacious and clean! The dining options are also very nice and provide a variety of foods. The breakfast buffet is incredible as well! The team is very attentive and caring. When we arrived our luggage didn’t make the transit so they prepared a care package with all essentials until our bags came! It’s also impressive how they remember you despite the size of the resort and large number of guests. They got familiar with our preferences and made our stay very enjoyable! Highly recommend the Shangri-La Resort in Boracay!"
