The staff was friendly and accommodating. We got into town early and needed to check in before the check in time. They allowed us to do so.

We had just stayed at the ES in Marlborough and the Waltham location seemed like a significant step down. The property feels really tired and i was not expecting to pay a daily parking fee so far outside of the city.

The ceiling came down on my head in the middle of the night , black sludge all over my head as I used the toilet . Was treated like it was not a big deal and given a “new” room with a suspicious white substance all over the chair . Disgusting

Great Embassy Suites - 20 Min from Boston College!
The Suite was amazing - Like a Small Apartment. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The only problem was the Main door to the Property was difficult to open to enter because of the vacuum effect of the Wind. Breakfast was great! Overall stay was great, very comfortable. I would definitely stay again
