Great place to stay. Location is ideal and staff was friendly. Very unique building. Only complaints are no microwave or coffee maker. Room is a bit dated. Just sitting on the bed made it squeek, but it was comfortable. No wifi for a couple days. That being said, we'd stay again.

The location is within steps of the subway stop for the aquarium. You can take the subway from the airport for $2.40 and it is the second stop. You are also close to Faneuil Hall with all it’s shops, restaurants, street musicians, and historical tour information.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The luggage store option was very nice. The location is great being in walking distance of many attractions and restaurants and the Aquarium T station is right out the front door of hotel. We would stay here again.

Overall the Harborside Inn is a great place to stay, with an incredibly convenient location, excellent staff, and clean rooms/linens. There are only a couple areas of improvement I noticed while there. One is the soundproofing in the cabin style rooms could be improved, as most nights loud music as well as mechanical noises from wall-sharing rooms are noticeably audible. The noise isn't ridiculously loud, but for individuals trying to sleep it is noticeable. It would also be nice to have some kind of fan in the cabin style bathrooms if at all possible for odor and steam ventilation. Otherwise, my experience at the Harborside Inn was great.

This place is a gem! The staff was incredible and when they learned that it was our anniversary they gave us a bottle of champagne! This is our 4th visit to this hotel! We travel from Oregon, the close proximity to Quincy Market and the North End makes it even better. We will continue to stay there for years to come! Our room was spectacular! Thank you!

This property is near the main market places and an easy walk to all parts of the freedom trail. We didn't have a car so I don't know about parking but Uber/Lyft/Taxi are all easy to obtain. And the subway has a terminal that is really close. I'm a light sleeper and never heard anyone - that's rare and awesome! We stayed 4 nights and I'd stay again next time I'm in the area. We arrived early in the day so our room wasn't ready -- but they will stow your luggage in a secure room. That was a wonderful benefit for those who want to arrive early but don't want to haul around their luggage while exploring Boston.
